All Returns
You can return any unwanted items back to us within 21 days of the parcel being delivered to you, (please note all swimwear must have the protective sticker intact. Earrings and underwear can’t be returned for health and hygiene reasons), provided:
- the items are unworn and unwashed
- if footwear, the items are in the original packaging/box, unworn and show no signs of wear
- the items have all tags attached
- you take good care to avoid the transfer of make-up

Don't forget to keep your postage receipt in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.
Once we have processed your return please allow up to 7 days for your refund to go back on to your original method of payment

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied and wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. All orders are protected by 28 days money-back guarantee for Irish customers. We guarantee a full refund if the item returned is unused with tags still intact and in their original packaging or repackaged securely in replacement packing if available. 

How long do I have to wait for refund?

1. You will receive your refund within 10 working days of WINDY.IE receipt of your parcel or replacement items within 14 days.

2. Refunds will be paid via your original payment method.

3. If we no longer have stock of the exchange item you have asked for, we will issue you with a full refund.

Do you have any exceptions in stated service?
We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. WINDY.IE cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
